Review 05 · After Ripper
AfricaSports
The last brand on this New Zealand list. The name points at sport. Ripper Casino remains the lead, and this page will not invent markets or a welcome offer.
Last on purpose
AfricaSports is fifth. It is still recommended for New Zealand players who want another UK-licensed name, and it is still underneath Ripper Casino. Last does not mean hidden. It means you should not meet it before Ripper, AceLucky, BetNeptune, or LekkerBets if you are using this guide the way it is built.
Name and product
The brand name says sport. Public notes describe a sports book on a platform whose permissions also cover casino play and bingo. Permissions are what a company may offer. The product on the domain is what you see when the page loads. On 2 October 2026 we did not save an AfricaSports screen, so we will not pretend to have walked the coupon or the slots tab.
If the page you land on is mostly a casino grid, believe the page. If it is mostly a fixture list, believe that. A review that freezes one version is already out of date. Ripper is different only because we kept three proofs and described those proofs narrowly.
Sport, carefully
We will not list leagues, boosts, or cash-out rules. We will not say New Zealand racing, rugby, or cricket is priced here. Search the live board for the competition. A missing market is a missing market. Odds move. Anything we typed would be a souvenir.
Payments get the same treatment. No method list, no minimum, no promise that a New Zealand card will clear. The Ripper banking capture is about Ripper’s Visa and Mastercard rows. It is not evidence for AfricaSports.
UK licence
AfricaSports is framed as a UK-licensed white label linked on the public register to ProgressPlay Limited. No account number is printed on this page. A UK licence is not a New Zealand licence. The operator has faced public enforcement in Britain, which is worth knowing before you treat “licensed” as a comfort blanket. Look the register up if you want the current status, and use the brand’s own limits if you open an account.
The Department of Internal Affairs is where New Zealand’s provider rules live. This guide does not turn a UK white label into a local licence.
Not a Ripper substitute
If you came for the pokies lobby we documented, AfricaSports is the wrong door. Go back to the Ripper review. If you came to see whether a sports-named brand belongs in the same afternoon, open it second, read the promotion yourself, and keep our bonus notes in mind: no figure on this site outranks the operator’s terms.
Help, if you need it, is not an AfricaSports chat window on this domain. It is the Gambling Helpline, 0800 654 655.
